You don't know me . but I watched the story on dateline and went to this site . Your daughter ,sister ,girlfriend has made such a difference in many peoples life from what I've seen on this memorial .The reason I think about your daughter is that I have children too and we fly on many family trips through Buffalo. Two weeks prior, our flight departed the same gate as her plane and that plane was beside us. I remember it well because of the propellers and my son was quite interested in it. Two months later my son took that flight for a school trip from Canada. We were very scared but the school booked the flights. Had I known all about regional airlines things would be different. I would have not let him go. It turn out well although . Lorin will never be forgotten even by people like me everywhere. Keep her in your hearts forever. You all have made a difference in many peoples lives. You all will be in my prayers forever. ...... Mike from Canada

My last entry I began to cry and messed up the message. I think of Lorin often and when I see her picture at Rowan it makes me smile! We miss her and will never forget her.

I think of Lorin often. I still coach at Rowan and speak to the women of her attitude and great attitude. Everyday during swim season I look at her
I think of Lorin often. I continue to coach at Rowan and speak to the young women about her attitude and zest for life. She will NEVER be forgotten. During swim season as I enter the pool I smile at her plaque that hangs at the entrance and say we miss you but not forgotten. She was a real team leader and very competitive. She was the BEST! Forever a Prof!

I didn't have the opportunity to meet Lorin but I have had the opportunity to meet her father. The love of his family is a clear indication that Lorin was one special lady. Stay strong as you seek to improve the lives and safety of those who you have never met

I am looking forward to honoring Lorin's life at the Symposium in Miami this week. Thank you for sharing your story so we can all learn from it.

I am a Flight Attendant with Pinnacle Air and just this past weekend had Mrs. Maurer on a short flight from ATL to GSP. I was actually excited to meet since I had met with Mr. Maurer over a year ago heading to OKC. My friends and I speak of your family often, and we applaud your courageous efforts in the struggle to improve airline safety.

For some reason I just started thinking about Lorin today and wanted to let you know she is still remembered.
