A simple, yet powerful message: one that Lorin lived her life by and one that she would hope to see us all continue exemplify. Lorin Maurer was tragically taken from us on February 12, 2009 when Continental Flight 3407 crashed near Buffalo, New York.

Did You Know?

While in high school, Lorin kept a journal of every single swimming workout she completed. The journal was complete with information on sets, time intervals, quotes from her coaches, and her thoughts about the workout. She presented her coaches with a copy of this journal upon graduation.
